أولاً: الشروط والأحكام (Terms & Conditions)

1. مقدمة مرحباً بك في g beauty. تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامك لموقعنا وتطبيقنا الإلكتروني. بمجرد دخولك أو استخدامك للمنصة أو إجراء عملية شراء، فإنك توافق على الالتزام الكامل بهذه الشروط، وتعد الاتفاق الكامل بين موقعنا وتطبيقنا والعميل.

2. الحسابات والتسجيل

  • يجب أن تكون قد بلغت السن القانوني (18 عاماً فأكثر) لإجراء عمليات الشراء.

  • يلتزم المستخدم بتقديم بيانات دقيقة وصحيحة (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، عنوان التوصيل).

  • أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بحسابك وعن كافة الأنشطة التي تتم من خلاله.

3. المنتجات والمسؤولية

  • g beauty منصة متخصصة في مستحضرات التجميل والعناية الشخصية. جميع المنتجات مخصصة للاستخدام الخارجي والتجميلي فقط.

  • نحرص على عرض ألوان وتفاصيل المنتجات بأعلى دقة ممكنة، ولكن لا نضمن تطابق الألوان المعروضة على شاشتك مع المنتج الفعلي بنسبة 100%.

  • إخلاء المسؤولية: يجب قراءة مكونات المنتجات قبل الاستخدام للتأكد من عدم وجود حساسية. المنصة غير مسؤولة عن أي تفاعلات تحسسية أو أضرار ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام.

4. الطلبات، الأسعار، والدفع

  • نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأسباب مثل: نفاد المخزون، أو وجود خطأ في تسعير المنتج، أو الاشتباه في عملية احتيال.

  • جميع الأسعار قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.

  • نوفر بوابات دفع آمنة (بطاقات ائتمان، محافظ إلكترونية، دفع عند الاستلام). في حال الدفع الإلكتروني، يتم خصم المبلغ عند تأكيد الطلب.

5. سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

  • لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة العامة، لا نقبل إرجاع أو استبدال مستحضرات التجميل والعناية إلا إذا كانت في حالتها الأصلية، غير مفتوحة، وبغلافها الأصلي (مُبرشمة).

  • مدة الإرجاع هي 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام.

  • في حال استلام منتج تالف أو خاطئ، يجب إبلاغ خدمة العملاء خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام ليتم تعويضك بالكامل.

6. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

  • كافة المحتويات (الصور، النصوص، الشعارات، التصاميم، العلامات التجارية) على المنصة هي ملكية حصرية لـ g beauty ومحمية قانونياً. يُمنع نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.

7. القانون المعمول به

  • تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وأي نزاع يخضع لاختصاص المحاكم المحلية فيها.

ثانياً: سياسة الخصوصية (Privacy Policy)

1. مقدمة في g beauty، نولي أهمية قصوى لحماية بياناتك الشخصية. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمعنا واستخدامنا وحمايتنا لمعلوماتك عند استخدام منصتنا. ونسعى دائماً للالتزام بقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري.

2. المعلومات التي نجمعها نجمع بياناتك الأساسية (الاسم وبيانات الاتصال) لإتمام الطلبات، والبيانات التقنية لتحسين تجربتك. تُعالج بيانات الدفع عبر بوابات آمنة دون تخزينها على خوادمنا.

  • معالجة طلباتك وتوصيل المنتجات إليك.

  • يتم تحميل معلومات الحساب الأساسية إلى خوادم g beauty الآمنة لتقديم أفضل خدمة لك.

  • يتم جمع البيانات وتخزينها ومعالجتها والقيام بالتدابير الأمنية المناسبة للحماية من الوصول غير المصرح به، أو التغيير، أو الكشف عنها، أو تدمير أي من المعلومات الشخصية، اسم المستخدم، كلمة السر، معلومات المعاملات، والبيانات المخزنة على التطبيق.

6. حقوقك

  • يحق لك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك، أو تعديلها، أو حذف حسابك نهائياً بالتواصل مع فريق الدعم لدينا.

7. قبولك لهذه الشروط

  • يُعد استخدامك لهذا التطبيق موافقة صريحة على جميع ما جاء بهذه الشروط والأحكام.

  • إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه السياسة، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

  • سيُعتبر استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق بعد نشر هذه السياسة موافقة عليها.
