سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

• لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة العامة، لا نقبل إرجاع أو استبدال مستحضرات التجميل والعناية إلا إذا كانت في حالتها الأصلية، غير مفتوحة، وبغلافها الأصلي (مُبرشمة).

• مدة الإرجاع هي 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام.

• في حال استلام منتج تالف أو خاطئ، يجب إبلاغ خدمة العملاء خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام ليتم تعويضك بالكامل

  • For hygiene and public health reasons, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is in its original, unopened, and sealed condition.

  • The return period is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt for a full replacement or refund
